Eagle Project Approval and Eagle Board of Reviews

To obtain an appointment please fill out the form below.

Please note:

For Project Approval, please have your three proposal signatures (Proposal page H) completed before applying.

Projects will be approved ASAP.

For Eagle Board of Review, please submit via the form below; further instructions will be emailed to you.

The next Eagle Board of Review nights for Diablo Sunrise will be held in Brentwood at Cornerstone Fellowship at 6641 Lone Tree way on:

August 20th

September 17th

October 15th

Please submit at least two weeks prior to the date to have your BOR held that month. Please see new guidance for sending letters of reference below. Letters may be sent at any time, you do not need to wait to schedule your BOR.

Parents, Unit Leaders, and Committee Chairs should not be writing a letter of reference.

Please provide your references with an addressed and stamped envelope (please put your name in the bottom left corner) to send their letters of reference to:
