Eagle Project Approval and Eagle Board of Reviews

To obtain an appointment please fill out the form below.

Please note: 

For Project Approval, please have your three proposal signatures (Proposal page H) completed before applying. 

For Eagle Board of Review save your signed application as a PDF file and send to eagleapplications@goldengatescouting.org  for council signature before applying.   It can also be taken in person to the Pleasanton office at 6601 Owens Drive, Suite 100. 

Projects will be approved ASAP. 

Concord & Clayton: For an Eagle Board of Review in Diablo Sunrise West: 

Please submit below and we will get your board scheduled in your area. If you cannot wait for a board in your area, you may contact diablosunriseadvancement@gmail.com and request to be seen in DS East on one of the dates below. 

The next Eagle Board of Review nights for Diablo Sunrise East (Pittsburg, Antioch, Brentwood, Oakley, Discovery Bay) will be held in Brentwood at Cornerstone Fellowship at 6641 Lone Tree way on: 

January 15th (FULL)

February 19th

April 16th

May 21st

Please submit at least two weeks prior to the date to have your BOR held that month.
